I already have a fax number. Can I use that?

Yes. You can have your current fax number forwarded to your FaxFaster number, this should not cost you anything. Please call your telephone company to have that number forwarded.

Does it cost other people anything extra to send me faxes?

No. Your fax number acts like any toll-free number, so all faxes to you are free to the sender.

What about international faxes?

You may receive international faxes at no extra charge. At the moment, we do not have the capability to send international faxes.

Am I paying any hidden charges for my toll-free FaxFaster number?

No.

Do I need to put the area code in every time I send a fax?

Yes. Please put numbers in the format xxx-xxx-xxxx.

I sent a fax and it didn't go through. What happened?

Any one of a number of things. You may have typed in a wrong number, or something else. Check in your "Sent" folder and look for any errors. If the error is "wrong number," one of the above is likely the problem. If it is something else, please contact us.
